HIS Gathered · by G. B. Merkley
Book 9 of 12
Mormon keeps the record; Moroni carries it alone.
Mormon is ten years old when he is told where the records are hidden. At sixteen he is asked to lead his people's armies as the nation falls apart; he loves them anyway, and keeps writing. The second half follows his son Moroni, alone, as he finishes the record for readers he will never meet.
